True, but I done those steps but nothing happened for me and I hope Microsoft make a few changes that can help the Xbox live customers quite easily with their problems online with their Xbox or their account. Your right it doesn't take time, plus it's hard to find the hackers who hacked your account and you need some prove that your been hacked or not. I didn't know there's a 100 members in the Enforcement team, it must be hard finding those hackers and solving multiple problems if your on the team. Question is if they believe you or not before you get reported your self if someone accuses you doing something to them? Thats the question of my point I'm making, I keep contiuning defending myself from anyone who picks on me online and complains at me, regardless if Microsoft doesn't help me and I take matters in my own hands, even means breaking the rules if nesscary.
You may not agree with me but I'm right in a way, they should try a bit harder helping some people out and improving Xbox live.
